Health is your wealth
I have lived by this motto ever since I experienced firsthand what it means when your health is compromised.
When conventional medicine offered no solutions, I began my own journey to find the root causes.
This experience showed me how empowering it is to take full responsibility for your own body and well-being.

Since 2019, I have been working as a Naturopath and Nutritionist, helping people reclaim their health.
My focus is not on merely suppressing symptoms, but on identifying and addressing the actual cause.

Working with me requires personal responsibility and the courage to change daily habits.
I support my patients on their journey with modern diagnostics and holistic solutions.

What is...?
Hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA)
In my practice, I use Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) to see what a standard blood test often misses. While blood work provides a snapshot of your current circulation, HTMA acts as a long-term "cellular record." It is my preferred tool for uncovering heavy metal toxicity; the body often moves toxins out of the blood and into the tissues to protect your organs, making them invisible to blood tests but easy to detect here. Beyond just identifying deficiencies, we look at mineral ratios—the vital balance that governs your metabolic speed, thyroid function, and adrenal health. Why I use it: - Deep Insight: It reveals how your body has been processing stress over the last few months. - Non-Invasive: It’s a stress-free, needle-free way to gather high-quality data. - Strategic: It provides the "why" behind your symptoms that blood work often misses. By looking at your tissue chemistry, we stop guessing and start targeting exactly what your body needs to thrive.
